"Frank & Loretta,We had an amazing vacation. The house was perfect for us, very welcoming. It was wonderful playing & fishing on the lake. I could live here forever enjoying all the nature! The boys loved the horseshoe pit and everyone enjoyed the boats. The kids loved the pool, we heard what sounded like a racoon, but turned out to be a frog, that really put a smile on the kids' faces. It was such a memorable, fun-filled, relaxing trip. We hope to come back next year. Our grandfather, Don B., grew up here and shared many stories. We ALL understand and agree with his love of this place. The trip we took here to Mockingbird Bay in 2006 was the last trip he got to take. So this place will ALWAYS hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you so much!" Jeff, Teresa, Hunter & T. Crosby & Oscar, Daniel & Anthony W.

"Loretta & Frank,Just a few words, to let you know how much we enjoyed our vacation, even though the fish were not biting. We had a good time bonding, relaxing and eating good food. We will definitely be back next year, hopefully in April or Fall. Thanks, The Bullocks and Walters Family"

"Had a wonderful time and visit with you about the biz. Satisfaction scale was 10 out of 10. You do especially well at the resort: Clean! Hospitality!" The Lawellin Family

"We agree we're coming back with more hikers, maybe next March, or late Fall. We'll stay here!" (This lovely note was left by a group of senior citizen hikers. They were so nice!) ext

"I simply cannot say enough about Mockingbird Bay Resort. It's a clean, gorgeous and peaceful place. Frank, Loretta, and Valory Zortman are great people who made everyone feel at home (even invited us into their home) and made the media event a very personal experience. They are the kind of resort owners I would gladly spend my own money supporting!" -- James Edlund, outdoor sports writer, fisherman, and missing-string-guitar player
